But to me, I think what most people really want in your life is a thing called vitality and that comes with the vision it comes with lots of different things but thinks about really what do you want in your life number two you have to understand that small steps build sustainable habits so small steps
once you develop one a bit you have it and then you go to another one so don't try to do a whole bunch of stuff walking out here today you change your peanut butter you drink more water those are habits that I want you to think about and
number three you have to have a reason that's your why you have to have a reason that's powerful and that's your wife
you have to search for your while you have to find you're why how many people are interested in losing weight how many people are committed to losing Lee as many hands went up what's the difference the difference is you have a reason to move it could be family members it could be
you know the air mass comes down you've got to take care of you there are lots of reasons that you need to be around and be healthy so you can make that difference if we all want to make in the end people's lied keep in mind number one when we leave today number one what do you want I want better health I want to have better energy I want to do all this stuff for things my vision might be I might weren't running my first 5k or walking my first 5k or whatever it might be a walk in the Grand Canyon that's magical number two what steps am I going to take I might just take a couple things I mean do the Flex I might do the fish oil I might even do the spirulina crawl I'm building these steps and last but not least is your Y and keep in mind your Y always has to be bigger than your but if it's bigger than your but you will get success
